IFTH Acquisition Corp. (OTCBB:IFAQ, formerly OTCBB:IFTH), (“Company”) announced today that it has changed its ticker symbol from IFTH.OB to IFAQ.OB, following the Company’s name change from InfoTech USA, Inc. to IFTH Acquisition Corp. on December 31, 2007.
