PAS : Up to EC to ensure fair and free polls
PAS KT by-election Director Datuk Mustafa Ali said the onus is on the Election Commission to ensure a fair and free polls on Jan 17. He also expressed concern of the heavy police presence for this election , saying that this was out of the norm.
