Friends, family gather for funeral of slain girl
As police continue to question a “person of interest” in the fatal stabbing of 9-year-old Mya Lyons; family, friends and hundreds of others gathered for her funeral on the South Side Saturday morning to mourn the death of a “spirited” and “wonderful” girl.
