DivX Sues Yahoo, Forecasts Lower Earnings
DivX Inc., a San Diego maker of video compression software, said Nov. 17 it filed a lawsuit against Yahoo, alleging the Internet services provider breached its two-year advertising contract.

S.D.-based DivX sues Yahoo over canceled ad agreement
San Diego's DivX has sued Yahoo, alleging that the Internet giant breached a joint advertising agreement that accounts for more than 20 percent of DivX's revenue. The lawsuit in state court seeks at least $25 million in damages from Yahoo, which told DivX last week that it would stop making payments under the agreement.
