Driver, 81, charged with road deaths
A Cwmbran man aged 81 has been charged with two counts of causing death by careless driving. It follows a traffic accident in Llandowlais Street, Oakfield, Cwmbran, on Friday October 3 that led to the deaths of 74-year-old Doreen Morgan and 73- year-old Sylvia Softley, both from Cwmbran.
